Our highly anticipated bourbon barrel aged maple syrup is here! Every year we tap our maple trees by hand and make our own maple syrup over an open flame deep in our wooded acreage. This year we aged the finished maple syrup in a six year old bourbon barrel for three months. It's true. Maple syrup and bourbon had a love child and this is what it is!
Perfect for drizzling over breakfast (or brinner) pancakes, used as a pork marinade, cooked into desserts, mixed into cocktails or just eaten straight out of the jar with a spoon.
Available in half pint and pint canning jars. Heat sealed and shelf stable.
